DB InfraGO AG is also personally represented for you at many stations. Our DB Information counter is the central point of contact for information on all aspects of your rail journey at more than 80 stations. In addition to the DB Information counters, our mobile service staff members are also on hand to provide you with advice and assistance at over 160 stations. Look out for the red cap with the label ‘Service’.

DB InfraGO AG takes part in conciliation procedures conducted by Schlichtungsstelle Reise & Verkehr e.V. (Fasanenstraße 81, 10623 Berlin), Germany’s dispute arbitration board for public transport, in the event that these are necessary. If you have submitted a complaint to us and are not satisfied with how we handled it, you can request conciliation from the independent arbitration board.
