Compliance with laws and regulations is a matter of course for us. Every day brings new challenges to overcome and important decisions to make. It is essential for sustainable business success at DB InfraGO AG that the relevant laws and regulations are complied with.
Compliance in the DB Group refers to compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and guidelines. The focus of compliance activities as part of risk management is on the prevention of corruption and traditional economic crime.
The DB Code of Conduct serves as a binding standard for our actions in daily business.
We expect compliance with rules and ethical behavior not only from our own employees and managers, but also from our business partners. There is a special code of conduct for them. When it comes to gifts and invitations, among other things, significantly stricter standards apply to employees and managers of DB InfraGO AG, as they are considered officials in the criminal law sense.

Sustainable Supply Chain - LkSG
As DB InfraGO AG, we take responsibility for our work in Germany as well as in all other countries where we operate. Therefore, we also expect our suppliers to treat people and the environment with respect as a basis for a reliable partnership.
With the introduction of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), the legislator has created the framework for responsible and sustainable value creation along the entire supply chain. We at DB InfraGO AG comply with the requirements of the LkSG.
To ensure that the LkSG is being complied with in our own business area and in the supply chain, we have established a complaint procedure. Complaints and reports on human rights and environmental risks, as well as violations of human rights-related or environmental obligations, can be reported there.
